We will keep your email and any attached documents in UCPH's case handling system, if you have applied for or will apply for SPS at UCPH.
If you have applied for or will apply for SPS at UCPH, but we are not familiar with your application, we will keep your email for 30 days. The email will then be deleted. For all other enquiries, we will keep your email for up to 30 days. The email will then be deleted.
If your email is to be answered in a different location than in the SPS, we will forward it. Before that, we delete any attached documents as well as sensitive personal information. After this, your email will be deleted from SPS.
